Me and my partner went into the shop absolutely clueless of what we were looking for or needed. Kelly, the owner, was so lovely and understanding, she offered help and provided us with a lot of information. After that she let us browse around the shop and we started tring to assemble and take apart all the pushchairs we liked so we can get an idea of what we really find comfortable. Kelly was so helpful even when I said I needed to sit down as I felt a bit overwhelmed when we started talking about car seats 😀 I thought I had an idea in my head of what I wanted which turned out it wasn't the greatest option for our little family. She helped us pick out the best bundle for us and even when my partner saw a display of the bedside crib we were planning to buy on Amazon, she offered to match the amazon price and gave us a great duscount on the entire order! After that she made sure all the items on the order are going to get delivered to our house together! Absolutely amazed with the service from this lady, she is so knowledgeable, I wish her all the success with her shop and I would go there again without hesitation when time comes for us to buy another car seat or a push chair for our little one! Also, delivery was so unexpectedly quick! We were told it could take between 6 to 8 weeks and the warehouse/delivery team kept in touch over the phone with regular updates. It only took 4 weeks (!) and we got our entire order delivered straight to our door! Nothing was missing, nothing was damaged, it is all put together now and ready for our baby girl! I appreciate all the help and I loved the whole experecience with Little angles prams! A massive thank you! Keep up the good work and helping lost new parents like us!
