Little Angels provided an affordable 3-in-1 pram solution for me and my partner, which was proving difficult to find as first time parents. The customer service we received in store and over the phone was fantastic! Although, DPD delivered the car seat in poor condition, Little Angels were more than happy to provide a replacement and even facilitated me picking it up from their warehouse. I feel that customer service went above and beyond to rectify an issue that wasn’t their fault. 100% would use their services again, thank you!
