Do not use! Unfortunately I brought a highchair through this company. My mistake. Months I waited for it, or for an update email. After multiple emails and phone calls from my end they told me my item was delayed, happy to wait so again emailed after months, and still couldn’t update me. So I asked for a refund. 7-10 working days I was told it would take. This was the beginning of April, end of may and still no refund, emailed them again, problem with their card provider (which is what they’ve been telling a lot of people over the past few weeks) told I must now go through my bank to get my refund. They are thieves. PLEASE AVOID!!
