I have to say a special Thank you to Kelly Carter whose customer Service has been absolutely outstanding. There was a problem with my delivery, I emailed and Kelly response was instant. Her communication was outstanding. Kelly resolved the problem for me. Then there was a problem with a faulty rain cover for the buggy that I purchased, once again I emailed Kelly, instant reply and the problem was resolved within an hour.
