Wouldn’t purchase here again. Was told in store our order would be ready at the end of the month or about a week after so this was around 2-3 weeks. Ended up waiting about 10 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. Messages left, no reply. Emails left and no reply. Plenty of phone calls to get try and get through to them, when I did eventually, I was basically told I was a liar and that I wouldn’t have been told 2-3 weeks. That’s the whole reason they were purchased as we could get the baby room completed before he was here. The owner eventually messaged me on Facebook, apologised regarding being ignored, said she would get back to me the day after regarding what’s happening and then never got back to me. I checked reviews after the purchase and wished I had looked beforehand as so many people have been unhappy. Only person that was helpful was Shane who kept me updated where the furniture was, he delivered the furniture himself and was apologetic about it all. I wouldn’t even award 1 star if there was an option. Oh, I better add on that £100 was supposed to be refunded for the 10 weeks wait (we spent around £1200 in store just for reference). We never received this.
