Both Shane and Kelly were very helpful and quick to answer all our questions, reply to emails etc. Such personal customer service makes all the difference when you are a new mum-to-be making expensive purchases, and need reassurance about the product. They were particularly helpful post-sale - when others may be no longer concerned about you as a customer, they were very helpfully in explaining some of the features of the pram that we were confused about once we got it.
