I ordered my pram during the Black Friday sale in November and was able to leave it there until a requested delivery date of mid January. I was really impressed with this as not everywhere offers this holding facility - John Lewis certainly didn't! There was a misunderstanding/mix up around the actual delivery date, but this was rectified with no fuss, and with huge apology. The lady actually ended up personally delivering it to my front door (when convenient for me), so really went above and beyond to compensate for the error. Would recommend a purchase from here to anyone.
