I recently ordered the Blue Cross Jet for our travels as it is quite handy and compact to use. The order went through quite quickly on the system as it was available at time of purchase. However, I was a bit worried when it did not arrive within the expected time frame, with ni dispatch info or anything. I finally called up the store to find out it was just out of stock and more stock were coming in soon. The person who answered my call was very friendly and expedited my order to a weekend delivery. Weekend passed and no delivery or dispatch confirmation. I called back again on the monday to find out there was a delay getting the items in. On their defense it wasn't their fault as it was a supply and demand issue which I fully understand. However, it is best to keep customers informed for any changes as this helps a lot in terms of maintaining that level of trust and confidence in your company. In general though, they were very good in meeting customer needs and do try their best to give the highest quality service. I do applaud them for that.
