The stroller it’s self is great. Has some great features. I would defo recommend it. Easy to put together, easy to fold away. The customer service requires improvement. 10 days for delivery, I had to chase my order after it wasn’t delivered in the time frame I was told. When I didn’t receive the stroller I asked twice to cancel the order but they sent me it anyway. I appreciate they may have been busy with the new store opening, however you should not neglect your existing customers. It’s a shame really, being a local business who I would usually love to support. This experience has unfortunately put me off from ordering again.
