I'm giving them one star only because I cannot give them ZERO. There were difficulties and breakdowns in communication from the start. I actually went through two different consultants. Their social media marketing went nowhere. I was then talked into more aggressive marketing. They created Amazon ads for me that produced less than nothing. It cost me additional money paying for the ads.
Then, all of a sudden, they caught off all communication. I haven't heard from them yet at all. Not that want to at this point -- except to get my money back.
