Far and away the worst customer service I've had the misfortune of experiencing. Ordered a bundle on the 5th of June - had an alert that the particular pillow case was out of stock and would ship on 10th of June. No problem. Heard nothing on the 10th of June so sent a chaser - no reply for 2 days. An automated message sent after to say the bedding would be dispatched beginning of week after. Today is now the Monday after - another message came from customer service to say a few more of the items I ordered in the bundle were out of stock until the 27th of June and I should have seen those alerts when I ordered (I didn't). Non-existent service recovery, no compensation. Just full of excuses. The company also actively removes critical comments and queries on their Facebook. If they would perhaps make the same effort with customer service - it would be more worthwhile. Absolute cowboys - the sheets are decent, but nothing is worth the frustration when the customer service is such a farce. Avoid at all cost. Unless you are happy to wait weeks for your product and have the patience to deal with a company that treats its customers with such contempt.
