having used them twice before i went back again..... I placed an order for next day delivery then got an email later asking for another £15! apparently as its a bulky item (40 cushion pads) it costs more... thats fine but dont then charge £4.95 at the check out and then ask for more later! now its too late to order for next day from someone else and they have my money in the bank until the refund clears.

postage should be clear and put on when ordering! who asks for more after? this company!
