I do not live locally so need an agent who can deal with every eventuality - which L&S has done admirably. Also L&S has been very quick to find my original tenant and the new ones, thus ensuring the property has not been empty for any significant time. And L&S keeps me up to date with any changes and with the paperwork I need.
