Linley & Simpson York staff were good because they had my property all set up for viewings within 3 days and on my first day I could show people around I had 8 people look around in 1.5 hours. I chose the last person and the tenant was all signed up soon afterwards! I was astonished how quickly it all happened. They had several lined up fir another day but I didn’t need those as I had already chosen someone from the first day of viewings. I knew I was going to get good customer service as i know Linley and Simpson are good at that but I really did not expect such a speedy process of successfully finding me a tenant. I think it was no more than a week from first approaching them to the final signing and that was to fit around a day I could do the viewings. That’s impressive! Very happy customer
