The service from Lion was quick and responsive, however the product purchased was a huge disappointment. The starter pistol purchased refused to fire every round. This gun was purchased as a prop for a play, so it was never actually used beyond a couple of rehearsals because it was just so unreliable. By the time we realized it was never going to hit on every blank, it had been used and therefore, most likely unreturnable.
