I had a leather collar from Lion Country and had a brass nameplate put on it unfortunately I didn’t have the dog long so I didn’t need the nameplate they were able for me to send back the collar and put on a new name plate for me didn’t charge me at all except for shipping which was two dollars very grateful very good company to deal with thank you LCS customer for life
