Couldn't honor their free shipping even though when I ordered my bark collar it clearly stated FREE SHIPPING to Canada ( Even after adding my address). Invoice 168778 relates if you decide to review. They emailed me to advise me of the additional $50 International shipping fees, and they offered to cancel, which I did. Ended up buying through AMAZON with free shipping at same price. Not impressed, they made a mistake and denied everything. Good news is I ended up buying the same thing elsewhere at the same price !
