I cannot thank Richie enough for the work that he put into helping us secure life insurance for our new home. Having left it very last minute to purchase we naively thought we would pop online buy a policy and upload it for the mortgage. What we didn’t realise was that there is a flag point based on age and amount of cover required at which point underwriting will require a nurse visit. We had no issue with a medical visit however time was of the essence as we were due to complete on our purchase the following week. He was hopeful of getting documents in place by the end of that week but in the end they were delivered to us before then on Thursday morning. We are now in a position to move forward as planned.
