We invested into currency trading with LiquidityX. Initially they were very helpful. Out of nowhere - all the money was gone (roughly 12.000 euros) When we asked them, they came up with this concept that if you invest on a currency but the price goes down more than a low percentage or higher than a low percentage, you actually loose everything - which is something never seen before. Basically what happened is that we bought a currency X for 2 euros a unit for instance. Price dropped to 1.5 for instance, so instead of loosing 25% which is what you would expect, they claimed we lost everything and would not send the money back. Maybe that's legit - but that was never explained and never cleared up, and since it's a very very unique thing it's very important such unique investment mechanism is very clearly stated so people investing are completely aware of how things work - the impression they left is that they did not made this clear beforehand exactly so they could profit on the stake, which sounded not trustworthy. In the end of the day, investing in currencies is something u never loose everything because no currency value goes to zero (in that case, we invested in UK Pounds, so even less likely to go zero), and that's why we went for it - unfortunally in the end we lost important money which we were planning to invest and get back in case of downside fluctuactions - we were not expecting it to simply vanish. We still having a hard time due to this. That's why they are not trustworthy.
