Additionally, those sites that say they detect no scams actually means the software associated with the site checks out not the intention of the person's running it. If you use a credit card to order with you can contest the scam charge and nobody is out any money. If you use a bank account attached debit card your account can be drained. It's easier to deal with a contested credit card charge than it is to chase down your money. A debit card automatically withdraws money from your account and once the money changes hands it's hard to get it back.
