SCAM!!! I ordered a bottle of Scotch to ship as a gift on the morning of July 31st. 5-7 day shipping was $29. I paid $129 for 2 day shipping. 4 days later they made a label. 6 days later the package will supposedly arrive. When I contacted to request the $100 I paid above standard shipping they said “ Thanks for your order. Since you ordered on Friday and we don’t ship out orders on weekends, our normal shipping date would be Monday or Tuesday. We strive to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days. We spell everything out on our shipping page here: https://www.liquorstore-online.com/shipping-policy/ We also stipulate that order processing and shipping is taking a little longer during COVID. Because you paid for expedited delivery, your order was put at the front of the line and was processed, picked, packed and shipped before all the ground orders.” If they accept payment of 2 day shipping but don’t even print a shipping label for 4 days, how is this not false advertisement? Time to contact the BBB.
