Good day, This program has been a journey like no other. Sometimes, and for a very long time I knew that something is wrong, I just didn't knew where to look, or what to do. I knew that I had to discover the answers as no matter what I did, or say it was never good enough, and the humiliation never stopped. Living in the shadow of other people's lies are such a travesty, and the tragedy is that you don't know it is a lie, as these lies came form the very people that were suppose to love you. I found the program structured and organised in such a way that I could systematically identify, isolate and work on the very issues that held me captive. There were so many golden nuggets presented, and to finally accept that I am not weird is an indescribable relief. I particurly enjoyed the honesty of the videos, the content and to finally have the assurance and clarity that my feelings were and are valid is such a celebration of being a human being! I could feel and sense life returning to me. As a 47 year old, for the first time I have a quiet focused mind, and the lessons learned has been indeed a breakthrough. The program is truly a breakthrough as so many nights I wondered and cried what is wrong with me? Every person's home and their experiences within that environment are different and valid. As an empath growing up in a unpredictable, volitile home I always had to worry about my father. If anyone has feelings of continuous inadequacy, anxiety, uncontrolled rage, depression and isn't sure where all these emotions come from, I would really recommend this program. Much love, Gerrit
