Lisa is a truly inspiring woman. Her work is so life changing and comes from real life experience and from a place of understanding. Until i took part in Lisa’s course, I had never really made the link between the childhood trauma i had experienced, the person i have been all my life, the patterns i fell into constantly, the low self worth i had and the toxic relationships i continually attracted. Lisa has given me not only the knowledge, but the power to move on from my past learned behaviours and to become the best version of myself. Above all of that she has given me hope. In reading all about her story, struggles and past and seeing what she has achieved she has made me believe it is possible to rewire the brain and lead a much happier, contented life. Her knowledge of surviving narcisstic abuse has also been life changing for me and has supported me through some incredibly dark times. Being in Scotland it is doubtful i will ever get to meet Lisa in person, which is sad, as if i did have the opportunity to meet this amazing lady, i would jump at the chance. However, due to the personal element of her courses, i feel like i have known Lisa for a long time and that we have met. I would urge anyone who has had a difficult childhood and wishes to reconnect and heal their inner child, and who is thinking about doing the course, to go ahead as soon as possible.
