Customer service is amazing! I received a broken item and within a day, a replacement was sent to me. The item itself is quite fragile overall. It's a great bottle to keep lady bugs but the top net on the cover is flimsy (broke within a week) and the handle is Fragile, the second one I received the handle broke again after 2 days. I would still purchase other products again from this site because of their excellent service.
