Was so excited to receive my first purchase from Little Trekkers as I’ve loved their products, emails and general vibe for ages and ages. Arrived but unfortunately didn’t suit - the parcel was apparently too large for them to arrange any return so had to return via Parcelforce courier which cost £15. They have said this was made clear on the website but there is no sign on the product page - guess it’s hidden in the FAQ’s or delivery small print? Arranged the courier return but no communication at all from Little Trekkers five days on from confirmed safe delivery. So disappointing and such a big impact to my finances at such a tough time.
