This was for the first time we ordered to Little Wanderers, as we got the gift card for Little Wanderers from the community center for our new born baby girl. everything was fine untill Placing the order and getting the code. The problem started at the time of expected delivery date for my order(Tracking #: LTN222589872N1) as the tracking site started showing Outgoing scan at facility and reasoning Delivery delayed by the Postal service. When approached to the customer service, and got to know that I have to pay few more dollars to get my order because I didn't agreed to the theft and damage provision during my initial order. It is so frustrating that such brands highlight themselves as pioneers in customers service and satisfaction, but reality is far too different. Will never recommend anyone. Haven't got my order delivered till date. #improvise #notolittlewanderers
