*DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ! * YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. I received a bunch of little gift cards to use after being released from the hospital after having my son. One of the gift cards was for little wanderers. I wish that I had checked the reviews of this company (like i usually do with every other place I make a purchase online). I didn't bother because I assumed this company would be legit since the gift cards were given to me by the hospital. DO NO BUY from this company. I purchased a couple pairs of shoes for my little guy on April 24 2020 and STILL haven't received the shoes that I purchased. It is now July 01 2020. I had reached out to the companies customer service chat on June 16 2020, they advised that the order had shipped from China (which I wasnt aware of). Today, July 01, I contacted them again as I had been tracking my order which had made NO progress. I advised the customer service rep "Brook" of all the this. She then advised me that it appeared my order had gotten lost/misplace. She advised that she would resend the order at no cost(no shit) if i wished. I advised her that I no longer wanted the shoes after reading all these reviews and I just wanted my money back. She advised that she had refunded my money (17USD) and that it would show up in my account within 2-7 business days (we'll see if that happens lol). I advised her (though i'm sure they are already aware) of all these reviews and that it seemed none of their customers ever received their orders. Her response... "Thank you!" .......? Bottom line - DO NOT ORDER from this company. SCAM SCAM SCAMMMM! I will update if I do end up even getting my refund (which I doubt).
