Wow!! I'm reading all the reviews on here and it would scare me away if I didn't know any better. I have ordered twice from them. The shoes aren't the highest quality, but they're adorable and as fast as babies grow they won't have time to wear out. I had absolutely no problem with shipping. They said up to 21 days and the shoes arrived in 15 days. Never had an issue with having to call them. So, I ordered again with a second set of coupons. I have received all 4 pairs of shoes in the time they claimed.
