Went to the bloxwich store on mothers day. Walk in and the place is nearly empty. I counted 6 empty tables by the entrance alone. I waited for a minute until a member of staff approached and rudely said 'we are only taking bookings for today only, no walk ins.' I was gobsmacked as the place was empty. So we left disappointed. Won't be returning.
