Had such a good experience with LHC, they sent a replacement hay which was a result of a damaged hay box (fault lying with DPD) and wrapped it up to prevent the damage reoccurring. They were so helpful and accommodating to a problem that wasn’t their own, and the quality of the hay is brilliant my bun absolutely loves it and I’ll be reordering the hay again soon as he’s vacuuming it! I recommend this company not only because of their brilliant customer service and understanding but because of the quality of the hay: zero dust, zero ‘bits’, just pure long strands of green goodness (silky soft hay). 20/10 stars.
