I haven't actually received my items. I had an email from Yodel to say they had left a calling card - but no card was left at my address. I then rang and left a voicemail message on the delivery person's mobile number on the email - but never heard anything. I then clicked on the tracking section of the Yodel website and provided an alternative delivery address. I've logged on today to be told the items have been returned to sender. Please can you resend my items or provide a full refund?
