**** Customer service at this place second to none. ???????? don't be silly. Wouldn't buy a dishcloth from here now. Would be faulty and take them over a month to collect. They'd miss 3 pickup days where nobody would show. Staff don't know what they are supposed to do other than talk over you. Then have no answer when you can get a word In. And apparently can't transfer you to a manager or supervisor. Actually even just a complaints department is impossible and doesn't exist. You have to find an email of a website dedicated to the high standard of customer service littlewoods clearly have (another witty joke) dog rough it is ???? anyway unless you want broken furniture sat in your house for a month and no sign of collection go for it.
