The national media are researching complaints within sales of companies for publication later in the year. I have been appointed to deal with Littlewoods and complaints or comments from their customers. If you consider that staff have been, rude, aggressive, incompetent towards the way in which you have been treated, if you have had problems with your account and they have failed to address your problems to your satisfaction I would be pleased to hear from you.
