The girls get paid to chat they are content providers as a user you get bombarded with messages. They try to draw you in to spend money and there is no chance you will ever contact anyone directly. The funny thing is if you stay around and keep reading the messages they repeat themselves definitely bots.
I also believe there are other sites affiliated with this one such as bravo date. Please don't get sucked in to this definitely should be investigated.
