Hatte gebeten, dass ich als Ausgleich ein paar Säfte mehr zugeschickt bekomme, wollte die Mitarbeiterin an den zuständigen Bereich weitee geben, aber es kam nur die Bestellung ohne Ausgleich für all meinen Aufwand
