Dieses mal war ich sehr enttäuscht: Lieferung nicht vollständig, ungekühlt: musste leider alles recyceln.
Nach E-Mail Reklamation , Whatsapp Reklamation habe ich nach nochmaliger schriftlicher Beschwerde eine wirklich nette Rückmeldung und die Ware wird demnächst ersetzt.
Das ist positiv.
Aber ich bin nicht sicher, ob ich nach diesem Aufwand noch mal was bestelle.
Die Produkte an sich sind wirklich toll, wenn alles passt.
