Nachdem ich die Saftkur schon kenne (und sehr sehr gerne mag) hab ich mich diesmal an die Foodkur gewagt! Leider hat es mir garnicht geschmeckt, der Proteinshake (wurde übrigens auch nicht wie bestellt geliefert - Vanille hat gefehlt ohne dies zu kommunizieren) hat garnicht meinen Geschmack getroffen. Das Abendessen und der Porridge waren gut, aber alles in allem find ich war es mir das Geld nicht wert und werde auch nicht mehr eine Foodkur machen.
