Unterirdischer Kundenservice. Hatte bei der Bestellung versehentlich die falsche Adresse angegeben und sofort Bescheid gegeben. Dennoch wurde die Sendung mit der falschen Adresse rausgeschickt, mit dem Hinweis, die Adresse könnte über den Lieferdienst angepasst werden. Das war natürlich nicht der Fall. Man schickte auch trotz des Hinweises die Ware raus, sodass diese natürlich nicht zugestellt werden konnte und zurück ging. Der Betrag wurde mir nur zur Hälfte per Gutschein erstattet. Nein, danke. Nie wieder !!!
