Ich bin etwas enttäuscht über die Kundenbetreuung. Ich habe ein Mail an livefresh gesendet und bis heute noch keine Antwort erhalten. Nur ein Mail mit Bekanntgabe einer Ticket-Nr. 174470 habe ich erhalten und dass ich schnellstmöglich eine Antwort vom Support erhalte. Bis heute 16. Jänner keine Antwort bzw. Reaktion!
