Grundsätzlich spricht mich das Konzept total an.
Auch durchhalten war für mich kein Problem.
Leider waren aber 5 von 7 Säften gar nicht mein Geschmack. Und ich musste sie mit Wasser verdünnen, um sie überhaupt trinken zu können.
Teilweise habe ich Säfte ausgelassen und ich denke das ist total gegen die Grundidee von LiveFresh,
Da ich am Ende der 5 Tage-Kur noch 13 Säfte übrig hatte, würde ich die Kur nicht nochmal wiederholen.
Aber das ist meine persönliche Erfahrung und meine geschmackliche Empfindung.
