Ich habe das erste Mal eine Saftkur gemacht und mich, auf Empfehlung, für LiveFresh entschieden. Es ist zwar relativ teuer aber die Säfte waren wirklich lecker. Das einzige, was mir nicht geschmeckt hat waren die Säfte Rote Rakete und grüne Gefühle. Aber das ist Geschmacksache (ich mag keine Rote Beete und auch Spinat nicht). 🙈
Wer Ingwer liebt, wird such die kleinen Shots lieben, die dazugehören.
Ich würde die Säfte weiterempfehlen. Und tatsächlich hält man es gut durch. Liebe Grüße
