Ich fand das Fasten war für mich überhaupt kein Problem, das Problem waren die Säfte, es war überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack, ich würde immer wieder Fasten, nur leider nicht mit euren Säften. Nach 4 Tagen habe ich es abgebrochen, ich konnte die Säfte nicht mehr sehen. Für mich gibt es also nochmal Fasten nur mit einer anderen Vorbereitung, keine Säfte.
