Die Säfte sind sehr gut, leider habe ich von den Shots Magenschmerzen bekommen... wahrscheinlich ist Ingwer doch nichts für mich! Hab dann eine Erkältung bekommen und starken Schwindel, der aber leider auch nach 3 Tagen nicht nachließ. Hab bis Tag 4 doch durchgehalten
und auch die Brühe hat mir dann doch gute Dienste erwiesen. Wie gesagt, die Säfte sind ausgezeichnet, viel Fruchtzucker halt,aber so richtig konnte ich die Saftkur leider nicht genießen. Vielleicht versuche ich es ein anderes Mal. Die Kochrezepte sind sehr gut.
