Absolutely disgusting service
Got charged 50 pounds for parking after sitting on a plane and not allowed to get off due to lack of staff on the ground which made me late . The total time was 1 hour 30 to get off the plane and through customs. My dad was waiting for me and had used the parking near the airport being 81 and also picking me up with my bike he needed to be close . We got to the barrier and it cost us 50 yes 50 pounds !!!!! Scandalous
