I was going through security and was told to move from my line into a scanner machine (this message was given to me through hand signals by the way) which I did and then I stood there like an idiot with my hands in the air and the security man was shouting at me but I couldn’t understand what he was saying (it’s very noisy there) and eventually another passenger said to me that there was actually a queue for the scanner. I would never push in on purpose but security man just waved me into the scanner so how was I supposed to know here was a queue? When I tried to apologise, he just glared at me and waved me through. I understand they are busy but that security man was downright rude and for that there is
