Would give it zero but one star is lowest!
I had purchased two injections of Gardasil 9 online one week ago.
Straight made an appointment trough the link they sent.Done the prescription with the doctor online too.
Based on searching a lot information online and heard a lot friends complaining about how hard they done the vaccine with your branch.
I decided to select a store far away from the central which is Walthamstow E17 5RQ.and also I made a phone call to the store to double check my appointment.
Tried 9 times finally one of your staff picked up my phone.
As expected they don’t have any information about my appointment.She discussed a few minutes with the other colleague then asked if I mind to change the time half hour later at the same day.Of curse I don’t mind at all.
It spent me nearly one hour to the shop and the weather is terrible like my mood.
I still arrived in the shop half hour earlier.

After the lady knew what I wanted to do today.First thing she checked my appointment in the storage room at the same time she started complaining the lady who made the appointment for me on the phone with the other man who working with her today.
She came out without any apologies and asked me to come back the other day.
The reason is they don’t have enough staff today.

“This is not your fault “

I also screenshot my description just in case you have any excuse to reject done the vaccine for me as I heard from my friend.
After she knew I came from far away today she asked me to wait after she finished service for the other customers.
I tried to ask two times without any exact time how long should I need to wait.
After about 10 minutes I am the only customer left in the store.they are still busy with their own business.No body care about me.I stood in the store like a idiot.
After we are really unhappy talking and I want to leaving she decided to done it for me.but in this situation I really don’t want to do.
The reason is I really don’t want to come back to this store to done my second maybe my third vaccine again.
I spent nearly two hours,a few hundred pounds,I done everything by their rules.I got such poor service and it seems I begging them to done this free for me.
I really don’t mind to wait half hours more if they can give me the time how long should I need to wait.
I really upset about their attitude,and no one say sorry to me about their mistake at all.
You don’t have enough staff to work. It’s not my fault.
Your colleague made the appointment in the inappropriate time. It’s not my fault.
I made this appointment one week ago,you have plenty time to give me a call back to cancel my appointment before I came to the shop but you didn’t.
I will cancel the vaccine and request my refund back.And make the new appointment from the boots.
I would not use any services from your company again.
You will lose more customers if you don’t improve the quality of service of your staffs.
