Collection of prescriptions or click & collect orders at their Cleckheaton site is terrible. Queues of 10 + people at most times of the same taking over an hour to simply collect items. It's the only pharmacy in the local area with this issue.
And based recent experiences I've moved my collections to another pharmacy
