When we purchased our house in Reigate a couple of years ago we did so with the intention of having our loft converted. Based on a friends recommendation we enlisted Lee Richardson to advise on the design of our loft extension. Lee put forward dynamic ideas that we had not previously considered to maximise the space available in our loft. With the plans agreed, Lee proposed that we get a quote from LMB Lofts. Lee Murphy visit us on several occasions to talk through our requirements, and introduced us to his team during his visits. Lee put forward a clear cost proposal and time schedule for completion of the conversion, and throughout the planning stage we received communications from LMB Lofts with regard the status of the project. The build phase of the conversion was very impressive. The build team in particular were professional and courteous at all times, we had regular consultations with the project lead (Joe Zahra) to discuss the finer details of the project, the level of intrusion to our normal daily lives was limited, and the overall quality of the finished product is excellent and has met our expectations. We have gained two good sized double bedrooms and a bathroom, which has enhanced our living space dramatically. We highly recommend LMB Lofts.
