I am very happy with the product and installation went very smoothly. The only negative point was the communication.
Apparently, they had some technical issues with their platform and it took about 48 hours for the product to be delivered instead of the 5 minutes promised on their website. While technical issues are not uncommon, their communication was less than satisfactory. I had to chase them several times and while there was a reply, it was not a convincing one, to the point that I started thinking that I had fallen into a fraud trap.
