I am beyond infuriated with Loaf sofa company. We ordered replacement cushion covers, which were almost the price of a new sofa, only to receive them faulty. Since January, we have been without a functional sofa because Loaf's customer service is abysmally poor. Despite countless attempts to get this resolved, we have received neither a replacement nor a refund. It has been 7 excruciating months, and we are still waiting for a resolution.
The level of unprofessionalism and horrendous service we have experienced is unparalleled, particularly from the so-called Customer Care Manager, Sonia. She was supposed to take care of our issue and expedite the resolution, but instead, we have been left waiting for months with empty promises. When we finally agreed on a collection, they couldn’t even arrange that.
As it stands, we are out a significant amount of money, we have no usable cushion covers, and we have been subjected to 7 months of utter frustration. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with this company. Their customer service is a disgrace, and the management is utterly incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Loaf at all costs!
